Schlosshotel Berlin by Patrick Hellmann is a private luxury hotel in Berlin’s stylish green district of Grunewald. It was my mom's birthday, and everything was perfect, couldn't have been better. Our room was ready upon arrival; we shared two rooms; it was absolutely gorgeous, and we were more than happy. They brought champagne to our room right away, and we congratulated Mom. It was absolutely amazing. Then we sat at the bar; the cocktails were amazing, and we ordered room service. There was a wide selection for me, and everything was prepared and delivered very quickly. The food was fantastic, and they fulfilled all our wishes. The breakfast was simply magnificent; for the first time, I was able to make a Bloody Mary for breakfast; it was a surprise. I travel a lot and stay in 5+ hotels, but you rarely get such exceptional service, especially in Germany. We were then allowed to use the spa area until the evening; the pool is amazing. The hotel staff is very customer-oriented. We will definitely be back 👍

Loud party in the hotel until 2am! We were limited in our room with loud noise outside and unable to use the facility of the hotel. In the bathroom - the cheapest kind of toilet paper and soaps and the door can’t close all the way through. This hotel used to be magnificent but the standard really declined (also in breakfast) and we will not be coming back again!

I stayed at this hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations. Throughout my visit I felt completely at home, thanks to the refined ambiance, carefully selected materials and thoughtful design. The staff is exceptional — professional, discreet, and genuinely eloquent, with manners that are rare to find today. The restaurant offers outstanding food: delicious, beautifully presented, and impeccably prepared. What truly sets this hotel apart is the subtle dash of art present in every corner. My stay was magical, and I definitely plan to return.

We had am amazing stay at this wonderfull building. Staff is so friendly, the waiter is definetely a character to remember and fit the scene. As well all our requests were met and receptionist helped with every question. Scenery is a wonderfull photosplt as well.
