“Great hotel, great staff, great rooms”
It was extremely clean, you had the option of foregoing housecleaning for €10 off the restaurant or bar. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The outside lounging area was very welcoming.

“Love it!”
Love the apartment (60 m2), 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, pet friendly, and great bartender Mark ;-) ! Pool was small, but my daughter had great fun anyway! 2 saunas (dry & wet), were available just when you get out of the pool!

A perfect base to visit Berlin. The apartment was spacious and ideal for 3 adults. The bar (and staff) was a welcome retreat at the end of a busy day sightseeing.

“Great Stay in Great Hotel”
We had a great stay. The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was absolutely great, comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has underground parking. It about 500 metres short walk to the main shopping district, and adjacent to an Underground/U-line station.

“Wonderful stay at a lovely, modern and well equipped place”
The location was great- very close to the train station and easy to find. Staff were all very friendly and helpful- they even had our room ready earlier than we expected. The wellness centre is great, loved the steam room as a bonus treat! Will definitely be back :)

“Excellent accomodation”
Excellent hotel, comfortable, well decorated, the staff was kind. The apartment is big with very good soundproofing and it has all the basics you need. The Spa is excellent!!

“Clean, comfortable and modern apartment.”
Comfortable and clean apartment with plenty of storage space. The washer-dryer was brilliant and lovely big bath. The welcome cheese plate and bottle of red were also special additions.

It boasts an excellent location and refined, courteous service from the reception staff. The daily cleaning standards are outstanding, and concierge service is available. It will be my first choice when I decide to visit Berlin again.

“A bit worn but fine”
It's our second stay at Sana, the first was at Sana Hotel and this time me and my wife decided to book an apartment. In part, because we liked the location and how close it is to Ku-damm and the subway. So, the location is really nice, the hotel is easy to find and the apartment was spacious enough for the two of us. It also had a kitchen and the cookware. Soundproofing is fine and the only time we could hear other guests is when they were coming through the hallway. I was able to connect my laptop to the TV via hdmi cable and watch some Netflix that way, but you also can connect to the chrome-cast and stream stuff from your phone.
