Comfortable, warm and clean. Excellent communication from host including check in instructions. Location is 10mins walk from Alexanderplatz. A 2 min walk to a supermarket and several places to eat/takeaway. Also easy walks to the transport links that go all around the city.

Perfect location close a train station and metro station. Grocery shops close ny. Very nice, tidy and comfortable apartment. Spacious living room.

“Home away from home in Berlin.”

We have stayed here before and liked it so much we returned (and am sure we will return again). The host is lovely and very helpful, the location is perfect for the Alexa mall, Alexanderplatz and travelling easily around the city for sightseeing as it is just across the road from Jannowitzbrucke station (the U-bahn entrance is right beside the building!). The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed, we made many meals at the apartment (including our Christmas dinner) as the cooking facilities are great! We stayed in December and the outside temperatures were sub zero most days, but the apartment was warm and cosy all the time.

It was very handy to train stations so that was great. It had all the cooking facilities we needed and was very warm and cosy. Owners offered for us to move when there was an issue with the water and they were very nice.

Location to train station from airport and 5 mins walk to Alexa shopping Mall with an amazing food court. 7 mins walk to Alexander Platz. 2 supermarkets 1 min walk with a good selection of food. Friendly host and responsive to messages.

The location is close to train station and the Museum Island. The bedrooms, kitchen and living area are spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped. Laundry facilities are good with washing machine and washing powder provided. We were able to check-in early as we arrived by train around 1 pm. Communication with the host was easy through Whatsapp.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and on the 10th floor. Moreover the host is very responsive and helpful. Will return, and recommended for other guests!

The apartment is in a good location, very close to public transport making it easy to use it as a starting base while exploring Berlin. The apartment was clean and all beds were made upon arrival. Check in was easy and contact with the host as well.

Loved the location of the apartment - super near public transport and main tourist sites. The mgmt allowed us to store our luggage in the property til the afternoon which was helpful as we could spend a nice day out in Berlin without worrying to store our luggage elsewhere. The mgmt is also very responsive to any queries we had!

“Great place and location”

Location close to Alexanderplatz but also not far from Friedrichshain, the East Side Gallery and the river Spree. Very clean, nicely decorated apartment on the 2nd floor (on a different address than stated on Booking.com, I think there are multiple apartments rented out). It's in a residential area with Netto and Edeka literally around the corner. Very friendly contact with the owner/landlord, quick response in case of issues. Great water pressure!
