“Terrible”
⭐ 1/5 Worst hostel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a room and walked in to find two guys smoking shisha and making a lot of noise. The room smelled terrible and was completely unacceptable. I immediately complained to reception and called the owner. Even though the staff saw what was happening, nobody helped and they refused to refund me. Calling this a “premium hostel” is a joke. Poor management, terrible customer service, and no respect for guests. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Absolutely not recommended

“I don’t recommend”
- When I arrived, in the room I was supposed to be, they were people (I think they are living there on a daily basis) that was kinda « high on drug », they were 3 of them, so I wasn’t feeling safe at all. - At 3am, they were still watching movies and then laughing loudly. - The morning, I went to the toilet and they didn’t have toilet paper.

“Can I get my money back for other 3 days ? It was really bad experience for me”
I booked female dorm. At midnight they put 2 male persons to my room. I strongly disagreed to that. Then they offered a private room. I have to move to that. I couldn't even sleep properly. Whole hostel is not clean and good stay. Even though I booked it for 4 nights, I left other day morning. So disappointing. I lost my money and I had to go another place

Staff is very rude... Hostel is very bad... Bad is the small word... More than worst it is.. Some People staying over their for long time and they are druggist and very very very bad... Don't want to talk at all about this hostel.. I don't understand why booking. Com is still marketing them... If they don't remove this hostel in their page then booking.com name will spoil
