The purpose of my trip was to attend concerts of the Philharmonic festival and visit the galleries of the Kulturforum, I walked only on foot, the room was quiet, great staff, good budget breakfast, in this period the price was exceptionally reasonable

The only thing I can say was the location. Quite street and walking distance (20 min) to potsadamer Platz. Also subway station close by.

I like the place and the wibe, nothing fancy but everything works just ok and nobody has bothered us while we listened music late....so the place is kinda laid back and you are free to come and go as you wish.

This is my email response which details it all. Dear Pension Levi (IS THIS EVEN YOUR REAL NAME), You are a scam. I plan to notify this properly. I am sure that you are well aware that I have not been in your grime-foul property since the first night due to the hazardous condition to my health with smoking everywhere and filth. It is concerning that you even sent me this farcical message (you checked the room according to booking-Representative yesterday and you must have noticed your key days ago and that all my things are gone), and this is the wrong location (I booked: , not the one I booked and attempted to manipulate me over and over, since you've done it many times and think you got away with it. Your dishonesty is still at large. The matter is well-documented, and there are witnesses to support it. Additionally, there are numerous lengthy complaints about your behavior in reviews. I consider this to be a scam, and I am not sure why booking allow this to foster. My colleague and I were stuck outside for hours, while they spin stories with booking and even after we submitted evidence of lies in text, they somehow make seem it seem like they were accommodating (its heartbreaking that booking simply takes their words without verification?). DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I REPEAT, YOU WILL BE DOING YOURSELF A DISSERVICE IF YOU DO.

Hotel room is 1 km away from the reception, the room and bathroom was not very clean and they don't clean the room or change towels when staying here and the beds are not good. Me and my girlfriend have back pain now after 2 nights.

The next morning, I went to the initial address, and there is no Levy Pension, the address is ABC Pension. There is not anybody in charge of the pension and I have to call a phone which did not answer properly. The mattresses were a nightmare. So you can think of this Levy or ABC Pension, as a not responsible Airbnb option. I don't know why people rate this so high!

Simple and spartan, but clean and helpful staff. Surprisingly good location. Need to go a block or so and then things are quite interesting. Good transit connections.
