This 4-star-superior hotel offers 3 restaurants, a spa and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs. It is Berlin's tallest hotel and is located directly on Alexanderplatz Square. All rooms and suites at the Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz have marble bathrooms with power showers and heated floors. Free WiFi is provided throughout the hotel. Meals and drinks are available in the Spagos Bar&Lounge, prepared before your eyes in the open kitchen. The Park Inn’s wellness centre includes a sauna, gym and massages. “One of best deals for this price”
Right next to U and S trains, busy area, relatively close to everything you'll need in Berlin. It was relatively quiet. Great views from 27th floor

The room was provided without any towels. When I went to the reception to ask for them, the receptionist didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The breakfast selection was also quite limited considering the price. Overall, the value for money was disappointing.

“Disappointing stay in a noisy windowless room – not worth the price”
I stayed at this hotel in Berlin recently and was overall quite disappointed. I had booked a windowless suite and knew what I was getting in that regard, but unfortunately the room was located right next to the lifts. The noise from the elevators running all night was very noticeable and made it hard to sleep properly. The breakfast was another major letdown. At €19 per person, I expected much better. I had to wait around 10 minutes to be served the fried eggs, which arrived precooked and stone cold. The overall quality and selection simply didn’t justify the price. Service was mixed. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, the lady working at the restaurant/main entrance was quite rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. This contributed to the hotel feeling very impersonal overall – almost like a conveyor-belt operation rather than a place that genuinely cares about its guests. While the location might be convenient for some, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re only looking for a basic place to sleep and don’t mind the noise or average food/service.

“A view worth waiting for!”
An excellent here! Had long wanted to stay in a room with a view of the TV tower and Berlin skyline, which was made possible thanks to a generous upgrade! The room itself was ideal, very spacious and clean, with sensational views. Friendly staff and always felt safe. Vielen dank!

“Great location and perfect facilities for the solo traveller.”
Perfect little room for a solo traveller, cosy bed, nespresso machine and clean shower. Easy to book in and Alexanderplatz was a great location to be based - plenty of food options and train station within a short walk.

Everything was fine, except the shower was catastrophic. It is impossible to have a constant temperature. It fluctuates from very hot to very cold even if you keep the handle in the same level.
