The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast sweet treats and the coffee machine saved our mornings! Also, we encountered a problem with the shower, but by the night they had fixed it! I would certainly recommend it!

Overall it was clean, the bed was comfy, and me & my friend loved the mini fridge and the AC🤗 It's close to the Uber Arena and shops so it's nice! We enjoyed our stay here🤗 I recommend!

The Reality vs. The Photos Do not be fooled by the online gallery. The photos promise a modern, minimal aesthetic with grey carpets and crisp white walls. In reality, the room was dated and depressing. The carpet was a dirty red, and the walls were a dingy off-white/ecru color that looked nothing like the "minimalist" vibe advertised. Cleanliness Issues The hygiene standards were middle-to-low at best. Specifically: • The Bathroom: There was visible mold that had been poorly covered up, and the mirrors were rusty. • Linens: Some of the towels provided were stained. Most shockingly, the bed was not properly made—it only had a bottom sheet, lacking the top sheet required for a sanitary and comfortable sleep. Unprofessional Service While the WhatsApp replies were fast, the actual face-to-face interaction was incredibly rude. • Privacy Breach: The Hotel Director entered our room without knocking. Instead of an immediate, sincere apology in person, the incident was brushed off. • Atmosphere: We were made to feel like a "burden" while waiting for our flight after check-out. We weren't even offered a simple "goodbye" when we left.

“Amazing stay”

We can’t recommend this hotel enough. The room was very comfortable (larger than we expected), the shower was great, the bed was comfortable, and although it was a bit cold, we were able to turn on the heating without any issues. The breakfast was very good (and it’s free!), and the people at reception were always kind. But what stood out the most was the silence. I’m someone who usually has trouble sleeping, and we didn’t hear a single noise during the night. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much!!
