Nollendorf Apartments Motzstraße offers modern, typical Berlin accommodation with free WiFi throughout. “When we return to Berlin, we will try to book this apartment again!”
Everything in the apartment, shower to the many kitchen facilities (washing machine, dish washer, nespresso machine), the couch, etc. were great. We were very impressed by the personal introduction to the apartment. In this apartment we felt a bit like living in a real home. A nice neighborhood.

“Perfect location to reach public transport network”
Location was perfect-public transport on doorstep practically, I wasted a lot of money getting there by taxi from airport, I returned to airport, station 5min walk and got back fraction of cost . The apartment complex is very quiet and comfortable

rather big appartment (60m2) with old charm ( is in an old Apartment building); furniture is functional and ok. shower was very good. kitchen is also rather big ( but I did not use it). So certainly to recommend for size, location and functionality.

“Every things was perfect.”
Good location, close to bus/train station, a lot of restaurants (high end, normal, also fast-food) are nearby. Close to local market which is held on every Saturday, it is very interesting. Supermarkets are also near. Value for money. Freindly & warm welcome from host.

“Perfect”
We had an incredible vacation in the rented apartment! The location was absolutely perfect – right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions and amenities. The streets around the apartment could offer different breakfast places and restaurants. The NollendorfPlatz U2 station is 5min away walking distance. The apartment was spacious, clean and had every amenity for a long staying, and the building was pleasant - we don’t have such in Bulgaria. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was kind of him to store our luggage before the check-in time and we I explored the city without worries for our belongings! Don’t hesitate to ask him for recommendations - he recommended us several restaurants and they were delightful with great food and service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation rental!

“Great value, good location.”
The location and the size of the appartment. There also were things like dishwasher tablets and coffee creamer/suger etc on site, which was a very nice thing to see since some apartments you rent don't have this and you then need to buy all this stuff even if you stay a short time. Also, the landlords are very nice and helpful. Great service.
