All staff of the hotel is so helpful and always comfronting guests with a smiling face and immediate solutions. Wellcome corner is really a thoughtful approach. Breakfast is also great with several options. Thx to the f&b team.

“Great stay”
Great room size, huge bed, comfortable pillows (unusual for hotels), nice bathtub (I wished for one),very clean. We were very kindly allowed to use the spa to take a shower after arriving on an overnight train at 8 in the morning before check-in.

“A very good short stay!”
The room was spacious and it had a good bathroom. A bonus is also the fridge as not every hotel room has that. Would've loved also a bath, next to a shower, but it was a good walk-in shower. Location was very good as there was a lot nearby and you could talke the bus/tram/metro.

It's in an excellent location, within walking distance of many must-visit places. It is next to a metro station, so you can easily reach any part of the city. The room is comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is excellent, albeit a little pricey, with plenty of options for different dietary requirements and a selection of quality loose teas.

very clean and decent hotel. the rooms were cleaned every day. and the beds are very comfortable. although the hotel is located by the road, it is quiet. the staff is friendly. breakfast ok. close to all attractions, the hotel is located in the very center.
