Very nice, large studio at a very convenient location. Right next to an U-bahn station: you basically roll out of your bed and you're in the metro! Everything was very clean and well maintained. Elevator is fast and convenient.

It was a great stay in these apartments because they are located right next to the metro—just a one-minute walk away. The windows face the street, but despite that, the room had excellent soundproofing. I was also given an apartment with a balcony, which was a very nice bonus. Regarding recent reviews I read about the fire alarm going off—during my five-night stay, the fire alarm was triggered only once. It really does happen when other guests either misuse or completely ignore the range hood while cooking. However, the issue was resolved within 20 minutes. Overall, this is a great location for reaching the main attractions. It’s convenient to have a private kitchen for cooking, and the bathroom is spacious with a constant supply of hot water. The apartment also has heated floors, good heating, and excellent soundproofing. We will definitely stay here again

“Great as always, my preferred choice to stay whenever I’m in Berlin.”
Second time I stayed here, probably will return again. The apartment is spacious, almost fully equipped, you can cook if you wish, the bathroom has everything you need. It’s warm and comfortable. Located right next to 2 U-Bahn lines, including one with bus service to the airport (around 45min to the airport). Also close to the city center. Wi-Fi is good. Staff is always friendly. The price was very good and even affordable to someone traveling alone.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and very close to public transport (U-Bahn). The recepcionist guy was very kind and helpful.
