“Fantastic base for our family holiday”
Staff were very helpful and friendly, very family friendly particularly as we are a family of 5 and often have to split across two rooms - it was great to find a hotel that could accommodate us together

“Disappointing...rude staff...my advice, don't stay here. It's more of a hostel than a hotel.”
Breakfast was reasonable...mainly cold meats/cheese and cereal. Also, option to have scrambled eggs and beans.

“Nice stay in a perfect position”
The position was perfect, 2 minutes walking from the tram but also from the subway and buses. It was clean, comfortable and silent. The breakfast was ok, but they should have more desserts and fresh fruit.

“perfect location for young people”
very nice location, the tram station is right in front of the hotel and the subway station is only a few minutes by foot away. Also there is a shopping mall right next to the hotel, where you can get everything you need. Overall it was very clean and we didn‘t have any problems at all.
