The situation with public transport is great, U7 line is a minute away and other U and S lines are within 10 minutes of walking, buses as well. The city centre can be reached in around 40 minutes. The neighbourhood seemed a little bit sketchy at first (specifically the park across the street), but there were multiple families living nearby and nothing dangerous happened during our stay. Its just a simple neighbourhood :). There are lost of food options around and the grocery stores are close by - very convenient. The landlord sends out helpful automatic messages that may contain some unclear information, so make sure to ask questions and communicate with the landlord - they respond pretty quickly, are respectful and explain everything in detail, including the instructions on how to get the keys.

Everything was super … sooo comfortable.. I liked alot.

The flat is located in a nice neighborhood,with lots of restaurants and a train station nearby. The room was clean and the instructions to get there were clear and the host was quick with replying to our messages and questions.

Location was very good, being right next to a Metro station. The apartment was overall quite comfortable, with all necessary amenities for a short stay. Host always responded to questions in a prompt and polite manner.

the location of the building was near a train station hence we left early in the morning and came back as late as we could as neither television nor broadband was working. the bathroom was neat and has both cold and hot water working properly

There was a situation with our booked facility and a week in advance the host suggested to accommodate us at the another apartment in East Berlin. We believe it was an upgrade and we did enjoy the new location a lot. The code of the door and the wifi password provided was not correct, however we got contacted by a responsible person by Whats Up, who was always reachable and responding in a blink of an eye.

I was not able to get access to this property. The instructions I was sent were completely wrong, relating to lock boxes and electronic locks that had not been working for several weeks, which the host knew. My calls to the phone number provided told me the phone was not connected. It was dark and -2°C and I tried for half an hour to get hold of the host.. And eventually had to get a radio to a nearby expensive hotel. Later email correspondence with them tried to blame me, saying the didn't have a photo of me, but I had filled in the online check in and was registered and they had my passport details and my home address etc etc and my credit card details. I think I was scammed

A lot of the information about the room on the website was outdated or simply wrong. The online communication in English and in bad Dutch (translated by a robot?) didn't go smoothly. We texted to a phonenumber (available online) for Meedoo I but didn't get any replies. It was not clear that we had to use the booking.com app to communicate with the owner?/the person in charge?/the company in charge? of the room. The rules for the guests in the room seemed outdated. Check-in form and access - filling out the check-in form ahead of time was confusing, not clear, not confirmed - the instruction that it should be done on time : nothing happened? Why the deadline? - we never got an email to pay a deposit of €150 (?) which would be refunded after we left. - receiving the codes for the key to the entrance between 11a.m. and 12 p.m. on the day of our arrival: didn't happen ?? - finally somebody contacted us that a person would be waiting for us - our train arrived about 1,5 hours too late: it was nice that someone was waiting to meet us. - the keycode to the door of the room: he had to try about 4 different codes before it was the right one - the code was much too long (13 digits) for easy use - every time we opened the door using this coded handle, the cover came off The garden There was no garden, a lot of dumped building materials, bikes, weeds The room - nice bathroom, tidy enough, very slippery shower (dangerous), clean towels, enough toiletpaper, detergents, hairdryer - kitchen & appliances: we used the sink, the laundrymachine, the countertop. - we used the cookingstove once, the toplight and extraction fan didn't work and were damaged. - no dishcloth, no teatowels - the cooking- and eating utensils are minimal but OK.
