“The property misled me regarding the refund for the lack of hot water and heating. Apart from that, the apartment was fa”
On the day of arrival, just one hour before check-in, the property informed me that there would be no hot water or heating in the apartment until the following evening. They offered either a free cancellation (when I was already only one hour away from Berlin) or a 15% refund. I agreed to the refund option, but for the past month I have been unsuccessfully trying to receive it. I do not recommend this place. Customer service keeps sending the same replies, and the refund still has not been processed.

It's little bit far from the S-Bahn, you need at least 10 minute walk to get there. Buses are more accessible fro the location. There are trash bins in the yard and they took them out at 6 AM, it took 10 minutes but it was too loud.
