Everything about the property was perfect. The architecture and the interior design is both modern and rural inspired. The garden is stylishly landscaped and provided a perfect foto backdrop for family and wedding fotos.

The breakfast is nice they also have glutenfree bread. The staff is very friendly and the area is a pretty living area a little away from the very busy Center. We stayed there several times and we were always happy with it!

Welcoming but it would have been good to have complimentary water in room. However the decor was pleasing to the eyes.

Great hotel, very clean,the bed was comfortable, enough place for 2 extra beds. It was warm in the room. We should pay extra for a bed for infant and underground parking, but not too much, the price is really good for Berlin. There is a big supermarket not far from the hotel and a lot of cafés to eat.

“Fine for personal reasons or business in locality but not suitable for tourism.”
Good breakfast choice. Bit pricey. Quiet location. Location was suitable for us for visiting relatives but not suitable for tourists wanting to look at central Berlin because it is too distant and too awkward to commute.

To be honest leaving the hotel. While the hotel is clean, warm and comfortable overall, they really need to get their act together as regards customer service and curiosity to their guests. See next question.
