On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent and there is a great atmosphere throughout the property. I particularly enjoyed the bar, which was the highlight of my stay; the live music created a wonderful vibe, and the staff there were exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive, making for a truly pleasant experience.

“Excellent.”
We had a lovely stay in Berlin. The hotel was very comfortable and breakfast buffet was extensive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed and had all the facilities we required. As the hotel is not close to any shops etc we appreciated having the facility to buy from the great selection of drinks and snacks in the lobby area. We did not want to have the full breakfast every morning so we bought coffee and pastries from the coffee shop which can be accessed from the hotel and staff there were lovely. The bar in the hotel had music every night and had a nice atmosphere which was great after a busy day sightseeing.
