Affordable, clean, no-frills accomodation.

Decent room, excellent breakfast, good position.

On the second day of my stay at your hotel, I found a woman's bracelet under my bed sheet that did not belong to my wife and a pair of shoes in the hallway of the room that also did not belong to us. (Perhaps the room was used by someone else?) Because the explanations given to us by the housekeeper were not satisfactory, I asked them to give me a written explanation, which of course was not done because the housekeeper who was responsible was on leave. I told them to contact her, but they still did not satisfy me. In general, I encountered an indifferent attitude from the hotel staff. Also, while the photos show a coffee maker in the room, there wasn't one and I wasn't given any answer when I asked for one.

I like that the staff was friendly and helpful and they seem generally relaxed. The worst thing ever is when the staff is rude to customers (which happens a lot) and they ruin your experience. So the fact that their customer seems was good is definitely a big plus and an advantage over the competition I guess. Now I’m thinking I’ll probably stay here again the next time I come to Berlin instead of risking a new hotel that might have staff that annoys me. I also loved that it was next to the gas station which is open 24/7 so I could always buy things if I needed something

Clean room, daily room service, nice personnel, affordable snacks and drinks in the lobby, good selection of drinks at the bar. Surprisingly affordable parking!

Overall, the stay was quite good and everything was generally fine. The location was convenient, you can walk to Alexanderplatz in 10-15min. The rooms were tidy.

It is extremely well located. Very nice staff. Comfortable and big bed.

We booked this stay for just one night for work purposes and paid a premium expecting a smooth and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The toilet in our room was blocked and overflowing, which meant we were unable to use the bathroom properly or take a shower that night. As it was late, no immediate solution was provided. The following morning, we had to contact the team again just to arrange a shower, and were moved to another room for this. This caused delays, and we were running late for an important meeting. Given the price paid and the hotel’s rating, this level of inconvenience is not acceptable. A room with such an issue should not be offered at a premium rate. We only required a smooth one-night stay, but unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations.

Perfect location (Ibis Hotel in Mitte) and when we had an incident with a change of our airport tickets they were happy to help. Overall the studio was clean. Also one of the cheapest hotels to go in Berlin.

It’s in a good location near the center of of shopping for East Berlin. It’s also very convenient to a major Metro station.
