When we entered the room, all lights were switched off from the main electrical box, so I had to turn them on myself. After that, a strange and continuous noise started coming from the ventilation system, which was very disturbing and made it difficult to rest. I informed the reception, but they said there were no other rooms available. When I asked what I should do, they only offered to cancel the booking and refund the money. This was around midnight, so finding another hotel at that time, while tired, was almost impossible. After returning to the room, I tried to solve the issue myself and found that the noise was caused by a small problem in the ventilation fan. I managed to fix it myself. Overall, the room was not properly prepared, and the response from the hotel was not helpful or respectful for a guest arriving late at night.

“Not my first choice”
It’s a bit tricky the location regarding the main entrance of the Messe. If you need to stay in the hotel, you could. It’s passable. But I can’t say that I like it…

“Good for ITB”
My third time staying here however the Wi-Fi was not as good as previous years, which was a bit disappointing seeing it is a business hotel for ITB however, overall it was once again a great stay

Eventhough we arrived much earlier before check-in, the stuff was very helpfull and stored our suitcases at the hotel, so we could freely enjoy the waiting time to go and explore the city. As well we could have enter our room earlier. Big thanks for that. Room was really clean and neat, without any funky odour. It is too place to choose if you are traveling, because bus station is exactly by the hotel. We will definitely choose this place again when traveling to Berlin! 100% recomend

“good price and location next to the transportation”
It is next to bus terminal but it is a bit far from the center. Do not worry about it because it is very closed to the U-bahn and S-Bahn which is perfect.
