Overview
This motel is conveniently situated at the junction of the A100 and A115 motorways, directly opposite Berlin’s ICC Exhibition Grounds. The AVUS offers 24-hour check-in and free on-site parking. Rooms and apartments at Hotel und Rasthof AVUS are functionally furnished. All include a flat-screen cable TV and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. A rich breakfast buffet is provided each morning. Typical Berlin snacks and refreshing drinks are served at the bar 24 hours a day, and there is also a separate smoking lounge. Great location for visiting Messe Berlin. Breakfast was super good. Far beyond my expectations. Direct train connection from the airport (with a little bit of walking).

Classic oldschool motel by the highway for those who travel by car and want to avoid entering the city by car. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is correct.

Handy for The Messe / ITB, but the checkin staff didn’t seem to know the best way to get there (there is an underpass so just walk). It’s impossible to cross the two motorways to get to The Messe.

This is a fantastic Motel, with a great breakfast buffet. Close to train station. The Motel is rich in history, and should make more of its past. The room is clean and functional, separate bathroom was a surprise. Amazing value for money
