Bed was comfortable. There are multiple power sockets in the room. There was a fridge and a fan in the room.

Some staff are really nice but some are very rude

The room was spacious, and had good ventilation when opening the windows. The rest of the facilities were also aesthetically pleasing.

Staffs are helpful, very friendly. Room condition is nice.

The Breakfast was a buffet style, I hesitated to take it with the room as myself and partner have dietary requirements and I could not find out much about it when I booked. We ended up paying an extra 20Euros per person and it was very good value and, had I known what to expect I would have taken it with the room. It was , though ,I felt very reasonable value without being included. There is also a cocktail bar that is open until 2.00 a.m we never tried it but next time... It is vey near to Botanic Gardens and the Grunweld Park both excellent places and not too far from the Brandenburg Gate (around 30 minutes) using the excellent public transport system. The beauty of the location is that you are near a place where you can get day tickets or one trip tickets from the Steglitz Rathaus (Underground) .There are machines and a ticket office. These tickets are valid for all the modes of Transport, Train, Bus , Underground or overground, for 1 trip or for 24 hours. All you have to do is "Stamp" it when you get on the bus, tube or train to start the clock. The room was lovely, house keeping efficient and the staff seemed genuinely helpful, friendly and it felt well run. I would definitely look to stay there again when we next visit Berlin. It was also only about 40 mins from the Airport although you do have to know how to get there. It involves 3 stations from the Flyghafen (airport) to Sudkreuz then Schonebueg to Steglizt

Location is great, short walk to a number of shopping and food options. The train/metro is extremely close as well with a easy 20-30 min ride into the main centre of Berlin. Hotel was clean and staff were brilliant

The hotel offers comfortable and clean amenities. The staff is polite and professional. Although the location is far from more tourist-oriented areas, the hotel is right next to the metro and train station and is surrounded by many shops, including a bakery and a pharmacy.

It is an old-style hotel that has probably seen better times. You actually do feel like going back in time, when large lobbies with thick carpets were in fashion.

The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. We had a courtyard facing room and it was very quiet considering it is right in the center of Steglitz.

The room is clean, mini bar prices are affordable and you have a "Coffe point" room in which you can make yor coffe for 1€. Accesable locatipn with Starbucks and restaurants across the hotel. Shops and farmacy near.

Very central location, close to amenities and public transport. Staffs are nice and polite. Room is clean and quiet.

The hotel room was perfectly clean, cozy and with all the necessitys in 4 star hotel. Breakfast was delicious! Location is perfect- Sarbucks, Chinese food restauran, DM across the Hotel. Buses and connections are great!
