Rooms were clean , tidy , well maintained and cosy and warm

Very clean rooms, very comfortable matresses, no noise from the neighboorhood. There is a cattle and fridge in the room, absolutely happy with that. Shower is with a good quality of hot water. Rooms are really warm, outside was -2, but we had no issues.

“Alright for a couple of nights”

Its fine for a couple of nights for the price. There's a kettle and mini fridge in the room, cleaners seem to clean your room everyday. Shared bathroom looked very new and shower was decent.

I love this hotel, it has character. It is a basic set up but everything you need for your stay. It's very clean and everything works. This is my third stay.

Very good coffee shop opposite and nice friendly restaurant next door. Easy access to bus and trams and Weissensee.

It turns out to be an apartment, not bad.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good location for what I had planned for my visit to Berlin.

I like that room have everything you may need - heating, fan, hairdryer, fridge. Definitely worth its money, have a yard to smoke and chill. Many places to eat around, calm location.

The pillow is terrible. Everything else is fine

A worker came into my room one morning without knocking on the door or anything, just unlocked it with a key, and came in when I was asleep. She was loudly talking on the phone and looked annoyed when she saw me didn't apologize or anything. She just walked away without even closing my door. Since then, I haven't felt safe with my stuff or myself

Easy enough to get to via trams. The room was well laid out and the bed was comfortable. Shower was good, room was clean. Plenty of room to put bags etc and there was a small fridge too. Room was very quiet - I didn’t hear any other quests or any noise from outside.

The location

It was clean, comfortable enough, there's a a fridge and a kettle in the room. There's a bus stop right in front of the door (5 minutes by this bus to the nearest s-bahn) and a tram stop about 200 m away. There are two supermarkets about 300 m away. And a Catholic church just around the block!

!Beware of scam! This has by far been the worst "hotel experience of my life". I arrived to the hotel, which I already paid for through booking and the receptionist just told me that they are full and send me to some kind of weird hostel for construction workers that was one hour away from the original one that I paidd I asked him how could that happend and that it is a huge problem for me. He just started laughing a I quete told me "hahaha that is your problem". I told him that I want my money back and he just started laughing a started to being rude. Trust me - spend some more money and choose some different hotel. This has been horrible, unbelievable experience. Right now I'm waiting for response from Booking on how they will deal with this.
