“A most comfortable stay in a bustling part of Berlin”
The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the shower and bath were excellent and a pleasure to use. It was a pleasure to come back after a long day and the location was great too, with many shops and restaurants around.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite and the facilities in the hotel were great, particularly the room and the swimming pool. The location is superb with Bahnhof Zoo just up the road, the Gedächtniskirche, the Ku'damm also. We love this part of the former West Berlin, the restaurants, pubs, the market stalls for curry wurst and beer, and it is easy to access all other parts of Berlin also. Weather was great so we had a lovely afternoon strolling around Tiergarten and stopping off in a beer garden on the way back to the hotel when a few drops of rain appeared. Free lunchtime summer concert in the Berliner Philharmonie on Wednesdays recommended. There seemed to be a lot of business customers in the hotel, probably because of the great location, but we would recommend the hotel for tourists like us too

“Exceptional hotel with expensive but fabulous breakfast”
A very impressive hotel. We loved our spacious and comfortable room. It's located in a lively area near the Zoo - handy also for parkland walks, and near the Zoo station, where we were able to alight from our train from Köln instead of going on to the main station - just a 6 minute walk to the hotel. Also well located for S-bahn and U-bahn train services. Breakfast was expensive but fantastic - we didn't feel overcharged.
