every night I had noisy neighbours come home being super load and waking me up. Please put signs up to remind guests about noise as it was not appreciated. Every night very little sleep.

“Excellent!”
Our stay was excellent! The accommodation is in a great location near Potsdamer Platz, with several cafes and mini-markets nearby for everything we needed. The staff was very helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and warm—which was much appreciated since we visited Berlin in February. I highly recommend it!

“It was less than ordinary”
It was just close to Berlin city but I don’t like people working there the room it was very shit. The room it was cold inside and the toilet is very shit.

Staff were excellent, great breakfast, comfy bed, lovely heated toilet floor and good shower. Fresh towels and the room was clean bar two issues.
