Good location and helpful staff. We needed a uk/eu adapter which they had at the front desk. They also stored our bags as we had a later flight. Very helpful.

pillows were blankets stuffed in pillow cases and "double bed" was 2 single beds pushed together

Very comfortable room just in front of the Natural History Museum! It was easily accessible from the Berlin Hauptbahnhof station, and the windows were well isolated, the sounds from the streets were not noticeable. Hair dryer and iron were provided, and the breakfast was really tasty. Highly recommend!

well located, near the train station, the tramway and the metro. check-in and check-out were easy. room was comfy enough.

NOTHING the place was dirty the carpet was so stained it was like Fifty Shades of Grey the Rooms were not at all like the pictures portrayed, they had the cheek to tell me at 1 of the rooms was a prestige room it was small the Walls were dirty with black marks the window you could not stay open and it looked down into a courtyard the rooms were certainly NOT 16 square meters
