I didn’t feel safe travelling as a single women in the area, even on a Sunday evening there were many times I felt unsafe with the people around the hotel and also staying in it .

“An OK 2-star property. Definitely not 3.”
The price I got was low by Berlin standards, so expectations have to be adjusted accordingly. The pillows were unusually comfortable, which is good if you suffer from neck problems and needs something that you can shape to fit your needs. There were no bed bugs, which is a plus these days. If you see this place as a 2-star hotel, then it is absolutely fine, even quite satisfactory. The third star seems misplaced to me. The following night I stayed at a 3-star in Poland, and it was like being on a different (much better) planet.

Room had bugs and a spider on bed. The staff had to be particularly asked for a tborough cleaning. Also, it's super noisy in the night because of pubs right next to it. Drunk people stand in crowds right outside the hotel. Wasn't a comfortable stay.

“Not a very good experience! A bit dirty and overall poor quality and not good value”
It’s very old and tired. Not clean. I stayed the first night and it was poor and didn’t smell great either. Disappointing as the photos looked quite good. I tried to cancel the second night and switch hotels but the person on reception said no refunds once paid. I had to pay 20 euro more for an upgrade. It was slightly better and the second room didn’t smell damp like the first, but still very poor. I looked around and there were hotels much better for slightly more! I suggest paying the extra!

“Avoid this hotel unless you really have no choice.”
There's a very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. Very nice breakfast with variety of food. The location was also very convenient - almost opposite the S-bahn station or within a short distance from U-bahn. There are also lots of restaurants and bars in the area.

Party all night. Very loud on the street. Karaoke starts at 6 AM. Incredible. If you prefer to sleep like normal people don't book this hotel.
