The hotel was very clean and nice. The only issue I experienced was with the late reception check-in. Other than that, everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and polite. We could only check in late, and I wish we had arrived earlier.

We actually checked out without sleeping there. The joint felt dodgy. A really weird self-check in that didn't work. Luckily, we got there just before the reception closed at 6pm. The reception lady tried to program the plastic keys, but they didn't work. She kept trying, after about 20 minute she came with new cards, no idea where she found them. The whole establishment reeked of food and everything had the charme of the early 60s. Dark wood everywhere. It felt too spooky for us and we left and checked in at another hotel nearby. I wouldn't recommend it unless you are a member of the Adams family.

The hotel is extremely clean and modern compared to what the pictures show. The room was spacious and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned every two days. I stayed in room 47 which faces the rear courtyard of the building so it was extremely quiet apart from the occasional hum from when the underground trains pass by but that is really minimal. Would definitely come again it was really good value for money.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was also very close to where we had to be. That saved us travel time.

The room is having old interior designing but is very spacious with l amenities icluding hit water, heaters working perfectly fine. Besides priximity to U bahn and supermarket is very good.

Pleasant hotel/pension. Close to a U Bahn Station. Great for access to the Messe conference centre.

The room is opposite to the main street and it is very noisy, although I asked for a quiet room.

I asked for a quiet room. And they gave me nice little one on 4th floor with the window overlooking the inner courtyard. It was very clean and quiet. There is a lift in the building so it was easy to get to my room. Also, at reception, they provided an electric kettle upon request which was nice. The room has everything you would need, including enough electrical sockets, toilet and shower, everythinh is clean. Wifi actually works exellent, even when watching movies. The bed was quite comfortable. The heater worked well. Will definitely stay there again when in Berlin.

Was very dirty . Staircase had the bad smell of smoke. Couldn’t sleep at night as the walls and the door are very thin. Do not recommend

The staff was very helpful to help and make our stay comfortable. The location is very close to U Bahn station, Bus Stop and ALDI supermarket. And lot of eatery along the street.
