Location is not at all good for the people who commute public transport

⭐ One star – extremely poor service and lack of professionalism During my stay at this hotel, I encountered several serious issues: 1. The reception staff were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. 2. Card payment was refused, under the excuse that the terminal was not working, and I was required to pay in cash instead. After payment, the issuance of a receipt was delayed, with various excuses being made. 3. There was no daily room cleaning, no change of towels, and no basic hygiene products provided (soap, shower gel, etc.). 4. The room was dusty and poorly maintained, and the bed was not made during the entire stay. 5. Upon check-out, the staff behaved in an aggressive and unfriendly manner when returning the room key. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel shows a complete lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for guests. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this place.

“Fair but could do better for the price”

Had everything you’ll need but seems from many years ago. Probably because its a old hotel. Although staff didn’t speak English but they understood a little bit and were very kind and helpful. Transport was near.

Really nice hotel crew, they spoke mostly german, but we managed to communicate just fine. Room was clean, although decor is a bit aged, but there was no speck of dust in the whole room. Location is great, just around the corner is sbahn straight into the city center, and hotel is just two minutes from autobahn. Also there is free of charge parking behind the building, so we could just park the car and travel thru Berlin by u and s bahns, much cheaper than parking in the city. All in all great place if you want to travel on a budget and still sleep comfortably.

there was a misunderstanding and they gave us one pillow & blanket, but the stuff was really kind :) she didn’t speak English but helped us. the bed is a bit too soft, but i didn’t have a problem with it.

the person at the reception was extremely helpful. I thought that the payment for my stay had already been made by my credit card, but it was used only as a guarantee for my booking. As I didn't have my German banking card on me, I was allowed to make an immediate banking transfer to the account of the hotel chain and after some minutes, I got the key to my hotel room. I never experienced that before.
