Good rooms, cosy beds, a good shower and quiet over night. Internet is good and the breakfast as well. Not so easy to reach with public transportation from Berlin Center and airport, but possible.

“Great stay, lovely service”
There is 24/7 coffee/tea, with lactose free options. Also there is popcorn next to the coffee station, which is lovely when you get back from a long day to take back into your room. Every day you get to take one bottle of water for free, which is lovely. I could park at the hotel site for 15 eu per night.
