“Excellence personified”
The location was near all the things we wanted to see. The hotel room was big, bed very comfortable, very quiet and everything was spotless. Staff were very efficient especially the concierge senior man. Fine dining meal was delicious.

“Excellent”
There was a problem with the air conditioning in our original room. The temperature was in the high 20s. Maintenance came to look at and we were re-located and upgraded with no fuss at all. We were contacted the following day to ensure all was satisfactory. It was handled perfectly.

The property is beautiful both outside and inside. It is in a fantastic location on Pariser Platz, the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We really felt looked after during our stay, and it helped to make it a special weekend away for us.
