The comfort, cleanliness, kindness, and discretion of the host

The location was a top priority for us: it was very easy to get around, just a 10-minute walk to the nearest U-Bahn station, with a shopping street around the corner and many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. At the same time, the neighborhood is very quiet—we stayed in an apartment that faces the courtyard. The apartment was clean and fairly well equipped.

The place is a lot nicer than what the photos make it look like.

The property's location is incredibly convenient, just a short 10-minute walk from the U-Bahn, making it easy to get around. Although I had to pay an extra fee for parking, it was worth it for the peace of mind that comes with having a safe spot for my car. Street parking near the property can be a bit challenging, but thankfully, having the secure parking option made things much simpler and stress-free for me.

The apartment is located in the former garages, but it is cosy and have everything you need. We used to take the metro to the city. The owner was very friendly.

Perfect price & quality ratio, good transport accessibility, clean, warm apartment. Friendly and hospital host.Host greets guests personally. Speaks English fluently. All kitchen utilities (there is no frying pan only), black tea, water, coffee, milk for free). It is not completely separate rooms (the walls don't reach the ceiling). But it is enough for general privacy and good for families with kids. It's important that at this price separate beds for kids are included.

Really great location, big space as well. For the price and value it was definitely worth it and was what we were hoping for.

Host was accommodating and easy to contact, check-in was easy and the instructions were clear. Our room faced into a quiet courtyard, but it's 1.5 blocks from an U-Bahn station, with loads of shopping and restaurants nearby, another U-Bahn not much farther away, and an S-Bahn station less than 1 km away. A bus connecting all those stations stops across the street. Getting into the centre was fast and easy, getting groceries or finding bakeries or restaurants nearby was easy. The place was relatively well equipped and in fairly good condition.

Great apartment for the price. Very close to a huge shopping area and once we got used to the transport system easy to get wherever we wanted to go.

Very helpful host, helped us with our luggage, provided a full tour of the property and all the information required to make it to the centre of Berlin on public transport.
