“Insecure, threatning, lack of security”
We were attacked by 2 groups of people (photo available of one of the attackers) and the staff didnt do anything about it We called the police to help us because the hotel has NO security at all and anyone can get into the hallways and harras the customers in their rooms

We stayed at this hotel for one night. At first glance, the room looked nice, cozy and comfortable. However, our overall experience was seriously disappointing due to several issues. One of the towels had someone else's hair on it, which is unacceptable. The shower itself was working, but the holder was broken, making it uncomfortable to use. In addition, our key card stopped working and had to be reactivated at the reception. The biggest problem was a very strong and persistent sewage smell in the room and especially in the bathroom. It smelled like urine and sewage, and it was extremely unpleasant to stay in the room.Another serious issue was that the air conditioning was not working. The room was very hot and stuffy, and it was difficult to sleep. Opening the window was not an option because of constant noise from the street, including traffic, trams and emergency sirens. We reported the key card issue and the strong smell to the reception, but no solution was offered: no room change and no apology. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. This is not acceptable for any hotel, even at a basic level. We hope the hotel will take responsibility for this situation and improve its service in the future. Rating: 2/10.
