Room was lovely; beds very comfy. Location was excellent - very easy to get to many key sightseeing areas. Breakfast was extensive with lots of different options available. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was a nice bonus but was very busy. Staff were incredibly helpful.

Large, comfortable rooms with excellent bathroom and better than average bed - hotel beds are seldom comfortable in my opinion and this one was definitely better than they usually are.

“Great hotel in an excellent location for restaurants, shops, bars & travel.”
Great Hotel. My wife really enjoyed her Spa visit. Breakfast is very good. I would also really recommend the cocktail lounge. The Hotel is located 5mins walk from Potsdammer Platz U-Bahn for travel all around Berlin & trains 25 - 30mins direct to & from Berlin Brandenburg airport.

Everything was outstanding, and the service truly exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to recognize Ms. VU who is from Vietnam. She was exceptionally kind, friendly, and always welcoming. She went above and beyond by arranging fresh milk for me every day based on my request, which I truly appreciated. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference in my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

“Enjoyable stay!”
The location is great. Right beside train station. goes direct to BER airport. Walking distance to lots of the sites in Berlin. The hotel room is spacious and was kept lovely and clean. The breakfast area was perfect and great selection. Concierge was very helpful. Thank you. The spa area is fab too
