The Grand Hostel Berlin Urban in Berlin’s lively, multicultural district of Neukölln is just opposite Hermannplatz Underground Station. It serves a rich breakfast in the rooftop conservatory, overlooking Berlin. Spacious rooms with free WiFi and cable TV are all offered at the Grand Hostel Berlin Urban. “Short”
The room was clean and tidy when we staying and staff was nice, very friendly.... But the location wasn't good i guess so because we went Berlin for first time so i didn't like location... But all over good thank you

“Super friendly staff, great price for a few days stay.”
My goal was to get the closest/cheapest accommodation to a venue. I was a bit afraid of the unknown roommates lottery, but I was lucky, and hopefully my sleeping partners are thinking the same. The breakfast was really nice for the price.

“Decent for couple nights”
Room was a very good size and the location was great. Nice touch to be given a bottle if sparkling water. Nothing much more too it.

For this money it's probably the best hostel in Berlin, The location is great, a lot of cheap food around, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially the guy at the reception. Thanks to this hostel I had a smooth move to Berlin.

I booked a private room and I was so pleasantly surprised. It was immaculately clean, good size, and overlooked the road without being nosey. It is right around the corner from Hermanplatz station which is only 6 stops from the centre, runs every 5 minutes and runs 24 hours over the weekend. There is a lot around it, I can't praise the location enough. The staff are absolutely wonderful and so helpful. The value for money is second to none. I highly enjoyed my stay here.

“Great location and value”
Great location, very comfy beds and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. If you stay in a room facing away from the road, for the price, it’s a no brainer, unless you want 5*. I will definitely stay again.

“Pay peanuts, you get monkeys. Amazing staff though.”
The bed was cosy and the staff were delightful, helpful and pleasant. The common area is quite nice and there wasn't an issue eating or working there. Staff even offered to heat my food in the microwave. Were it a busier time of the year, the common area will be too small.
