Everything! I have stayed in many good apartments via booking.com over the years, and this is definitely one of the best. It's spacious, modern, comfortable and very, very well equipped. Access to central Berlin by public transport couldn't be easier either. And the hosts are super helpful. I could not recommend this apartment more.

Toilet was clogged too often, and even there is no right tool for that. The room temperature did not go up as adjusted, and we had cold nights. There were strange noises from the refrigerator, which also bothered our sleep. You may need to have travel insurance or should be rich, since the house owners may charge you huge amount of money for any small scratch of the fragile furnitures they have.
