They take deposit 50€. And day before departure they gave a page with aditional prices, room cleaning, dish washing... But if everything was made before departure don't need to pay.

The hosts are exceptionally warm and attentive, going out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The accommodation is thoughtfully equipped, featuring a cozy kitchen and a well-kept bathroom, and offers a separate room perfect for one or two guests. A truly charming retreat for anyone seeking relaxation in nature. Highly recommended!

“Calm and relaxing holiday home on the edge of the city”
Great communication with the owners. The house was in great shape and met all my expectations. The area is really calm and green, yet still close enough to the center of Berlin. The travel time to Alexanderplatz, for example, was just over an hour. I sadly didn't have enough time to enjoy the nature around the house, but it is located right next to a big lake and in the middle of a forested area. I'll definitely look into coming back to explore the Schmöckwitzwerder area!

“Spacious and well equipped”
This holiday house is rather spacious and well equipped. The contact with the host is easy and it is a very nice place for people that want to combine a visit to Berlin with some more relaxing activities. The S-bahn station is quite close, when you have a car with you.
