they lied that i was not show.... i was there talked to the reception and tild them i will not stay because the hotel is inside an alley.... then i called booking saying will change to another hotel via booking of course an they charged fir the all stay its was a not good behaviour and booking did not to help

We stayed here for two nights in March and returned for another two nights in April. Once again, we had a great stay and were very happy with the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and everything was well maintained. The underground parking garage was very convenient and the location could hardly be better. You can walk straight to Unter den Linden and many of Berlin’s highlights are within easy reach. This hotel is an excellent base for exploring the city. We really enjoyed Berlin and may even return later this year. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location.

I immediately felt at home. The small details - toothpaste and toothbrush, the little cute comb. Slippers and dressing gown. The complimentary tea and coffee

Very easy to find and great location close to public transport and restaurants. The hotel is well maintained and very quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

“Excellent stay at a great location”

The hotel is in an excellent location just 200 meters from the Spree river and beside Friedrichstr Metro station which has airport as well as metro connectivity. There are plenty of cafes nearby as well as supermarkets like Aldi etc. It is also a 300 meter walk from the Big Bus stand. I had booked a suite room and the service and facilities were really excellent. The breakfast spread has loads of variety. Staff were also very friendly. Overall, it deserves a rating of 10/10.

“Pleasant stay with one drawback”

Tasty breakfasts, varied & high quality selection of sandwich toppings. Lobby & bar: amazing cocktails which you can enjoy with piano accompaniment if you're lucky! Kind staff. The hotel overlooks train tracks, but I didn't hear any trains going by - sound insulation is more then adequate. Perfect location if you want to walk around Berlin. Overall standard of the hotel met my expectations.
