Loved almost everything. Spacious and clean room, quiet environment, but above all, gorgeous breakfast. It's not in the centre of the city, but the S-Bahn Station quite close to the hotel and can reach Ostkreuz easily. Late checkout time was also very helpful. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The lifts were extremely efficient and it took no time at all to reach your room or reception. There was a great selection of different foods available for breakfast, all of which was very tasty - the mango juice in particular was delicious.

“Worst hotel experience”

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. First of all, the check-in process was awful. The two staff members at the front desk (a man and a woman) were unfriendly and impatient from the start. They kept me waiting on the side without any explanation and refused to check me in promptly. Their service attitude was simply unacceptable. Secondly, the room was far from clean. Shockingly, there were shoe prints on the bed, and the toilet was clearly not properly cleaned — absolutely disgusting. To make things worse, the soundproofing was terrible. I could barely sleep through the night because of the constant noise from nearby rooms and the hallway. This hotel offers extremely poor value for money — I paid nearly €100 just to suffer. “Great location and value for money, but small rooms! The breakfast is excellent but quite expensive.”

The hotel offers very good value for money for Berlin and is excellently located. Public transport connections are very convenient, with trams, buses, and the S-Bahn close by. The Adlershof S-Bahn station is within walking distance and provides a direct connection to Berlin city center. The central yet quiet location in Berlin’s start-up hub is very pleasant and offers opportunities to meet interesting people and make new connections. The breakfast is excellent — although also quite expensive. This is, of course, a matter of perspective, but if you can afford it, you will definitely not be disappointed.

Breakfast was excellent, and the room was beautiful. In terms of cleanliness, the property was good enough-I was satisfied. I really liked my stay! If I visit Berlin again, I’ll definitely choose the same property. And since I'm so sure about it, maybe you could offer a little discount next time 😉 Just kidding!

“Perfect hotel getaway at a great price”

The staff at the hotel were amazing they helped us out many times with travelling on the train and bus system, they printed out steps on what to use up to the destination. They didn’t charge for using there iron, and travel plug. Always willing to help and extremely clean

The staff is very pleasant, The location is very convenient for me with good parking.
