It was really quiet and also really close to the next U-bahn station. The room had a lot of light and the bathroom was big.

“Cheap and cheerful, would definitely return.”
Cheap and cheerful and easy to get into central Berlin. Friendly helpful staff and we were able to leave our cases there on the checkout day as our flight wasn’t until the evening.

Clean, spacious room with large window overlooking a quiet courtyard made for a comfortable stay and a good night's sleep. I also very much appreciated that there is a 24 hour concierge at the desk. Great location, just around the corner from the busy Neukölln Arcaden (which not only houses numerous shops, restaurants a health club and a cinéma, but a library as well!) I will definitely return.

“The worst hotel I've ever stayed in”
The room was dirty and stained, I received dirty towels, the breakfast was very poor and there wasn't much of it left when I came at 9 AM. I gave them a chance to make it right and give me another room or a refund for the remaining nights, but the receptionist just laughed at my face and said that they wouldn't do anything about it, so I just booked another hotel

It was our second time there - beds are really comfy, rooms clean, nice reception staff. Breakfast tasty - a little basic, but enough for a short stay. Greetings for the lady from breakfast staff who greeted us in polish! :D See you next year! :)

The location was good, very convenient for exploring Berlin and its more creative areas. The staff was amazing - they accepted our request to separate the beds, which we truly appreciated. The hotel itself was wonderful: a quiet, very cute courtyard and a reliable, well-kept place. We had no problems during our stay, and everything was clean, stocked, and in good order. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
