big, comfortable apartment, there’s everything you need

Great location, clean and quiet apartment and neighborhood. Plenty of shops, restaurants and several metro stations nearby. The apartment itself was very comfortable - spacious, with a large balcony, very clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was also a washing machine and a TV, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a great place to stay and we would gladly come back.

“Value for money and home from home”

Felt like my own sweet for 7 nights. If you wanted this in hotel then you would pay 3 times this much. Such good value and perfect position.

“Great place in the middle of schöneberg”

-Quiet but central location. -Apartment was recently renovated, everything we needed was there. -secure private parking in the courtyard. -good beds with decent matresses and slatted frames -kind host, check-in and requests were handled properly.

Location , large and clean . The WiFi was very good .

Excellent location close to bus, u-bahn and supermarkets, and about 30 min walk from central city. It's in a quiet street across the road from a playground, ATM, laundrette and mini market, and above a cafe. Studio is large and well equipped with comfortable bed, plus table and chairs etc. Good kitchen with full oven. Building has lift (elevator). Excellent communication with owner/ manager. Has washing machine, balcony, clothesline. Highly recommend.

Really nice location, near the center. The room has a lot of space even for 3 people. Also the kitchen has everything you need to make your self a proper meal.

“Catastrophic!!!!!!!! Beware!!”

Filthy place, dirt, grease and black mold. BUGS (!) in the shower/toilet area!!! Check out the images I added. Kitchen appliances missing or unusable (no oven tray for several days - could not even make a frozen pizza. The scissors - a joke!). Place cold upon arrival - landlord (?) had to come and bleed the heating system; shower only luke-warm - landlord had to come again but issue got fixed only temporarily. Bed sheets smelled bad, like they had been left in the washer for too long. Electricity and internet connection unstable, going off several times each day (!). Access area to apartment badly lit, place has no additional lock from inside - feels unsafe at night. Door looks like someone tried to break in at some point. This seems to be someone's private place: one morning I had a note under the door, asking me to call a plumbing company to make an appointment because the flat below had water damage, and they wanted access to my bathroom. Place is not as advertised!! I had booked a longer stay but I needed reliable internet access. In the end it all was so bad I left mid stay and checked into another hotel. Landlord did not have a single word of apology after I left. Just silence. Don't waste your money! Check google ratings for this place! Not sure how all the good ratings in booking.com came about. Lots of money, wasted. :(

Apartments are nice and clean, location is perfect, mostly everything close to it.. host nice guy.

“Amazing”

Perfect location, nice balcony, great room and cooking facilities. The owner was very communicative and there were a lot of great restaurants around, plus the metro station is a 2-minute walk so you can reach all parts of the city easily. Apartment seemed to be renovated and looked better than the pictures.

Location, nice and comfortable apartment. Easy check in and out. Frendly and helpful host. Lot of restaurants close by.

There was no hot water in the shower.
