The hotel is not luxury but much better in it's category than expected, in a good quiet place, easy to hadle, with a good brekfast, good accessibility by transporation, a sympathetic a bit punk style (in terms of authentic old furniture etc), good to stay overnight, good sleep and work in the city for very reasonable price

Not properly cleaned, noisy and cold. Heating was not working properly, neither hot water in the shower. No one was at the reception at 5pm. I had to call and they could not even find my booking. Hotel room was on the 3rd floor, no lift, dark hall, 5 keys that were not labeled and to open doors it was a puzzle. Walls are so thin you could hear everything from next rooms.

I couldn’t access the room or building because there was no one available at reception. I didn’t get key box information until very late (22:50) by which point I was scared I would have to sleep on the street so I found a hostel instead.

The hotel was not open, and we had to wait more than 30 minutes out on the street for someone to lock us in!! Never experienced anything like this. The room was inside a labyrinth of hallways with multiple keys needed when someone finally showed up.

Location is great, close to the city centre jet quiet and it was possible to park our car in front of the hotel (on street)

No kettle, nothing. I requested a cot - never got it. Was ignored. Reception even within the time was closed. Complicated check-in. Breakfast was cold. And quick enough was not enough.

Everything was nice, and good breakfast included. Just come in the morning because they are not really supplying it later, after the first few people, the best meals are taken
