The staff were very friendly. Even though we arrived at midnight and the reception was closed, they made everything very easy for us by sending the garage PIN code in advance and leaving the key in a safe box. We needed hot water in the room, and they provided us with a kettle so we could have tea anytime during the day and night. The rooms were cleaned every day. The tram stop was right in front of the hotel, which made it very convenient to get around without a car.

I was impressed by how friendly the staff were. They were very proactive in providing anything we needed. While the facilities weren’t particularly outstanding, the room was clean and well maintained. At the breakfast area, the staff quickly replenished the food and constantly paid attention to what the guests might need. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Very comfortable accommodation, in a pretty district. Hotel staff is extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Good services. It was a very nice stay. A complementary bottle of water with a sign made my day. :)

“Convinient”
The room was convenient and clean. You had access to bus stop which was very close and its rather close to a metro station (sbahn). The staff were friendly.
