“A perfect host, in a brilliant location, with an incredible breakfast!”

Sabine was a wonderful host. This really is a gem of a location, the rooms are lovely and the real attraction is Sabine and her hospitality. She lays on an incredible breakfast - we even cooked poached eggs together in her kitchen as she wasn’t quite familiar with what I meant! Sabine went out of her way to make our stay very special for my wife’s 40th birthday and we had a wonderful time.

This isn’t a usual hotel – so your bathroom isn’t en-suite, you share breakfast table with other guests, and a few more quirks like that. Some may have categorized all of these as negatives, but I felt myself at home and had an amazing weekend. Frau Sabine is an exceptional hostess.

This is a boutique hotel, like a B&B. I had a room with a shared bathroom. The location is great - very close to KaDeWe and the zoo. The room was very pleasant and I found the bed and pillow very comfy (and I’m fussy in this regard). The breakfast is simply outstanding. Sabine the hostess is wonderful too. Very friendly and welcoming, and good company at breakfast. She made sure that myself and the other guest would not need the bathroom at the same time in the morning which was very helpful and removed the potential stress of a shared bathroom. It’s good value and I’d go back.

This is a historic apartment transformed into 4 individual guest rooms. The accommodations are great and Sabine who runs it is the best host and offers exceptional breakfast every morning. The location is great, really close to Zoo area, Kudamm, EC center, KaDeWe, S, U-Bahn and buses. Taxi are plentiful 1 min away. U have to walk up half a floor to the elevator (in case of heavy luggage). I highly recommend this unique, full of charm housing.

“Perfect and refreshing little family trip to Berlin.”

Good location near the Zoo, KaDeWe, Tiergarten etc. Also good public transport connections. Very nice and spacious room with a separate but private bathroom. Little and peaceful hotel where we slept well. Perfect for our family with two adults and one 10-year old. Sabine kindly offered us information on what to see and on events in Berlin during our stay. Also the breakfast made by Sabine was brilliant. She also was flexible in taking our needs concerning check-in and check-out into account.

The breakfast was amazing and Sabine went out of her way to give us a wonderful experience. Location wise, it was very good as well, close to all public transport and shops. Sabine was a wonderful hostess and made us feel very comfortable. Clean, large and well appointed Modern Room. We would definitely recommend.

“A gem in Central Berlin”

A gem in Berlin! Saline has created such a welcoming, friendly boutique hotel. She prepares the most incredible breakfast (you don't need to eat again until the evening) and joins you and the other guests for breakfast, creating the atmosphere of a family breakfast. The rooms are all bright, cheerful and comfortable - a refreshing change from the usual beige of hotel rooms. She recommended a couple of great local restaurants and although it's not walking distance from most of the historic tourist sites, it's only a short tube or bus ride to reach them (or hire a lime bike and cycle through the tiergarten - beautiful)

Amazing Host, very friendly, going out of her way to please people. I love Sabine, she is one of a kind.

Everything. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Spotlessly clean. The owner is incredibly hospitable and very friendly. Great location too. And the condition of the rooms and bathrooms is excellent. And the breakfasts. WOW. Amazing freshly prepared breakfast every morning. Wonderful.
