Atmospheric apartment with thoughtful details. Great location near the metro and a wonderful Italian restaurant in the same building. Fresh bean coffee was a nice touch. Special thanks - the host kindly gave us a ride on the departure day when the metro was not working.

James is a very attentive host. The flat is in a quiet residential area, but conveniently situated on the U6 subway line that crosses Berlin from north to south. The U6 takes you straight to Kreuzberg or Mitte (Unter den Linden; Friedrichstrasse). There is a good little Italian restaurant in the same building. Clean towels, washing-up liquid, coffee beans were all available. The photos on the site are accurate.

“Great place to stay in Berlin”

Very nice place, few minutes walk to u-bahn station making the travelling around Berlin very simple and convenient, many restaurants around, however the neighborhood is very quiet so you can enjoy a rest when back to apartment. The apartment is well maintened and clean. Everything is new there and you can enjoy a nice coffee from a proper coffee machine. The host, James, is very nice guy. We had a pleasure to meet him personally and was really helpful, advised about the city etc.

Our host was very knowledgeable about the city and country and generously shared his recommendations with us. The windows in the unit kept outside sound to a minimum. We had everything we needed. The location is very close to the metro, and has a great view.

Great apartment with easy access, excellent Berlin sides from the window and a very kind host. We stayed with the colleague in two separate rooms, both had beds to sleep on, including everything required for a great rest. Coffee machine as a compliment was a great adding!

We've really enjoyed the apartment - great location (just 12 minutes from the centre), quiet neighborhood, pleasant and quick communication with James ;-)

The host is amazing, he gave great tips on where to go in Berlin. Nice accommodation, near the center.

Great location, less than 15 minutes to the city. James, the owner, provides an amazing welcoming upon arrival, recommending areas to visit. The apartment is set up with everything you need, and the shops are close by. The cherry on top is free street parking to make our stay that little bit easier. Highly recommend and will be coming back when we are next in Berlin.

The owner was very kind and friendly. He kindly gave me directions to tourist attractions and the subway.

James was the perfect Host. Everything was in very good standard. He took the time with Everything. Questions, Things to see and took his time. And he was answering really fast when we had questions or needed help with something. And very close to the UBahn - that took you quickly in city center. We would recomend this place for all!
