The location is convenient. Staff is always available online for support and they respond promptly and professionally. The apartment is spacious and has the main necessary things needed (utensils, towels, kitchen). I asked for early check-in and it was subject to availability, and once it became available, they confirmed, which I appreciated (even though I got laid at the airport and arrived at regular check-in time). I also had a complaint and they followed up on it, until we reached an agreement for compensation.

Good transport links across Berlin. Really comfy bed. All that we needed in the kitchen and bathroom.

Location is good and beds were very comfortable. It is a good size apartment also and bathrooms were newly renovated and modern.

The appartment was not what I rented according to the photos... In the photos was a tub in the bathroom, and I get a shower corner... living room was not at all what was in the pictures, see picture above, this is not AT ALL what I get...

The accommodation is excellently positioned for visiting all important contents in Berlin. It has everything you need for a longer stay. It meant to us that it is extremely quiet because it is set back from the street. The staff is extremely helpful.

“Nice flat in a good location, but negative features indicated above do not make me rent it again.”
Location was good, quite near to the metro station. Lift was essential for me (my dog is already old and would not be able to climb ro the 3rd floor).
