The 6 am staff on 12th Apr was a younger guy, waked from his sleeping with ZERO professional manners. Poor, very poor check out experience. No where on the booking was stated there is a construction going on right next to the hotel, meaning no free parking if my visit would have fallen on week days. Very tight space in the bathroom between the toilet and tap.

Close to city centre and underground station.. Good connection to whatever you want to visit.. Staff was very helpful and friendly, no comments about it..
