I do not recommend this hotel !!! The owner did not want to return the deposit because we left the apartment at 9am and it's time to 11am. They add a cleaning fee which should be included. I warn you against handing over the deposit later there may be a problem with picking up.

Be careful with the deposit of 200€ in cash they request. In our case, the second day of our stay we rised the blind of the dining room normally and it got stuck without going up or down. Obviously something was wrong with that blind and obviously we did not break it because we just rised it. For that reason, the owner did not give us back the deposit. What happen if the fridge or dish machine just stop working?, would it be our fault as well and we should pay for it? It seems that they take any chance they have for keeping the deposit and make an extra income.

The property was in a good location for where we needed to be and had plenty of facilities for a big group. Even if you are trying to get into Berlin city centre the property is not far from the tube/buses.
