There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The traditionally furnished rooms at Alper Hotel have an en suite bathroom. The shower cabins were renovated in 2013, and hairdryers can be provided upon request. Berlin Philharmonic Hall and Sony Centre are just a 15-minute walk from the Alper. Kurfürstenstrasse Underground Station on the U1 line is 600 metres away. From here, guests can reach the famous KaDeWe Department Store on Kurfürstendamm Shopping Street in just 5 minutes.

“Great 2/3* City Centre find.”
Uber to Brandenburg Gate area €8. Great staff. Room clean, but no toiletries or extras like tea/coffee etc. Beds very hard. A 2/3* type hotel.

The place is basic but very clean. It is conveniently located. I think it is a good choice if you are doing a stop over for business or to spend the weekend in Berlin.

“In terms of value for money, it was much more comfortable than a hostel. I would stay here again.”
I booked one night. The receptionist was kind. The location and price are very good. For me, the bed was extremely comfortable, and fortunately it was quiet as well. The room was moderately clean, but the bed linen and towels were fine. The billing was also handled perfectly on the first try, without even having to ask. There aren’t many places like that.
