I was truly impressed by this hotel. First of all, the rooms were exceptionally clean, practical, and very comfortable. Everything was well thought out and made for a pleasant stay. The location was another major highlight. I spent two days exploring Berlin and never needed an Uber or taxi to visit the main attractions—it was easy to walk everywhere. Even when I needed to get to the train station, the ride cost only about €5, which shows how conveniently located the hotel is. I would also like to recognize Ling and the entire team for their outstanding customer service. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Everything was top-notch, and I am genuinely impressed. Thank you very much for making my visit to Berlin such an enjoyable experience!

Perfect location (1 min walk from metro station), amazing view to the trains, clean hotel and room. Nice coffeebar in the groundfloor, friendly staff in hotel and bar. Excellent blackout curtains helped for nice sleep.

Clean, great location with u ban 2 mins walk

-Nice hotel, well situated next to an U-bahn station, and relatively close to the center of Berlin. -Nice facilities, including Starbucks, a bar, an Italian style restaurant and vending machines for late night snacks and drinks. -Luggage room where you can storage your luggage for free after the checkout so you can explore freely without added weight. -Really good value for the late checkout (13:00 instead of 11:00), if it is available of course. -Very good price for the breakfast, we didn’t have any, but the offer was really good.

The location was close to the station. The staff esp at the reception and at the bar were very friendly and were always there for any help or questions. We really loved our room. I will for sure recommend this to anyone visiting Berlin.
