Hotel has all you need for a short stay. Room was very clean. Had the best night sleep listening to the river flow. It's very close to the city centre.

“The stuff knew little to a bit more English, which was good”
We stayed less than 12 hours but it was perfect, we got a party down stairs with traditional music and it was amazing

Our third stay here. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river. It's very useful to have a fridge in the room when travelling, and aircon too. The restaurant is lovely. We enjoyed an evening meal here. Great atmosphere, too

Very relaxing place, near to the river and the park, with great chirping of birds. Easy to find, the stuff was very helpful and friendly. The are excellent cooking - traditional and modern. Thank you very much.

We want to mention Madelena who helped us very much. We've forgot our guide Bulgaria book at the hotel. When I called them, they looked for, found the book and Madelena sent it to us at the hotel we stay now (in Borovets), so she did really something special for us. THANK YOU AGAIN Madelena!!!!

Friendly staff, nice clean comfortable room with balcony overlooking river. The hotel is quiet and dog friendly, room to park and quiet walks nearby. Lovely meal on the outside terrace, overlooking the window.
