We had a truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, bright and thoughtfully arranged. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for a family stay. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and abundant, prepared with love and served with a touch of perfection on a beautifully arranged table in the garden. The location is ideal: peaceful and quiet and close to the center. The garden is amazing and full of roses! We enjoyed the cozy common spaces to unwind the evenings. We highly recommend Green Hill!

The property looks great, it is easily accessible and in the center. The whole place and our room were super clean and tidy. The place is new and furnished in a contemporary style. We stayed for just one night, and it was a pleasant stay. The manager suggested places to eat which was super useful.

We had a wonderful stay at Green Hill Guest House. The place was brightly clean and very comfortable. The garden is amazing. The view to the mountains was stunning and added to the overall experience. The host was perfect - so nice and accommodating. She went out of their way to adapt the breakfast to our vegan nutritional diet, which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. If you enjoy hiking it’s a perfect starting point for great hikes.

The host is incredibly helpful and kind. The house is an exquisite example of Austrian Jugendstil architecture, surpassing all expectations. It comfortably accommodated my family and friends for a week, and despite the unfavorable weather, our stay was a success. Highlights include the exceptional breakfast, immaculate rooms and garden, and the owner's warm hospitality. The breakfast offers a wide selection of meals, seasonal fruits (including strawberries during our stay), refreshing citrus-infused water, and coffee. As someone from the region in Bulgaria, this house has become my preferred choice for future visits.

“A home away from home”

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The owner is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very clean and arranged with taste. The whole establishment smells nice. The amazing breakfast is just the cherry on top.

Location: Green Hill Boutique Hotel is situated in a very quiet neighborhood on a cross-road which will allow you to park on both sides of the property in a public space in case you arrive by car; Accommodation: We choose the deluxe room which is on the second floor of the house and has a large room with a queen size double bed overlooking one of the streets; the room has a dressing area and a large bathroom which shower cabin needs some maintenance though (some leaking!). Property: Everything is crystal clean, well maintained, new, good standing & quality; great attention to details inside the hotel - natural orchids and careful selected decorations everywhere; the property has a sizable garden with pines and fruit trees and with some seating areas very cozy during summer/warm season (chairs, umbrellas, etc. etc.); Food: Breakfast is great both in size and quality of the products provided; the ground floor dedicated to the breakfast area is a former boutique restaurant now closed; Amenities: in the room - cable tv, 32" flat screen and wi-fi (download 35Mbs/upload 30 Mbs) everywhere in the property; no fridge, no tea/coffee maker - however you would not need such things (fridge, kettle) since downstairs you can enjoy a barista style coffee and/or a fresh orange juice prepared in front of you by the host :-) .. welcome fresh sweets and fruits were delicious - thank you!!! Feedback & Language: Very friendly and attentive host which provided us with recommendations and made reservations for us to one of the best local traditional restaurants (max 15-20 min walking distance); we spoke English with the son of the host via email, phone & sms. Services: Great feedback and attention provided to all our needs/questions - don't be afraid/shy to ask their support !

“Great hospitality and stylish atmosphere in Green Hill Boutique hotel”

Exceptional accomodation - the best place for the region and for visiting Belogradchik rocks, Ledenika cave and many other landmarks in North-western Bulgaria. The hotel is very stylish, furnished with great attention to the detail and in our room we had everything to be able to feel at home. The breakfast was one of the most delicious we have had during our travels around the world. We'd like to send our greetings to our host for the warm hospitality we found in Green Hill Boutique hotel in Berkovitsa!

Beautiful apartment, very tastefully decorated! Extremely comfortable (including beds!) , and a wonderful host! Breakfast was a delight! Would definitely come again!
