Overview

“Accepted my booking but was closed”
Received confirmation of booking and went to check-in (during check-in hours) but all doors were locked and I couldn’t gain access to the hotel. There was no answer to my phone call and no response to my message sent on the Booking.com app. Had to then find alternate accommodation at the last minute in a smallish town where there weren’t many other options. Don’t risk booking unless you have a back-up plan.

“A fantastic seven night stay!”
What a wonderful hotel with gloriously spacious and extremely well equipped rooms, even for self-catering with a large fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery & glassware supplied! We had an extremely comfortable bed and a very nice balcony with table and two chairs, and heaps of space to sit and in room and to put things. The location is marvellous, right near the centre of town which is just a short walk away. The restaurant located in the hotel courtyard serves an excellent breakfast as well as other meals, and is quite popular with the local people. It is a beautiful area with plants, vines, flowers and a water feature so it is a joy to sit there and enjoy a meal and to relax. It is a lovely little town and we thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay there. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. The scenery all around the area is too beautiful.

Unfortunately, due to my personal reasons we could not visit the hotel. We had a chat with the owners and they did not charge us for the booking. Nice, polite people, they understood our change of plan. We hope we will visit the hotel in a near future.

“Good place to stay at while in Berkovitza”
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very big and well equipped. There was a good option for parking and the location of the hotel is in the centre of the city. They serve good espresso.

The only good thing in that hotel was fantastic breakfast - fresh vegetables, bread, pankakes and fresh coffe.
